Hello everyone and thank you for being on this journey with me. Life for me has gotten busy over the last few weeks. So, I haven’t been able to sit down a write. Since I need to catch up, I thought that I would let you know how I’m doing. And what’s to come.
What’s new in life?
Well, I got a new job. I’m still working in a factory, but I have a whole different schedule. It is taking a transition period to adjust to. Not just me but my family too. On top of that, my daughter is getting ready to start school soon. And this mom is not ready. I have also been making the transition from “mommy” to “mama”, and I wasn’t ready for that. Then just after I started my new job, my husband also found a new one. There is a lot of change happening all at once, so finding time to write has been a challenge. Don’t worry though there is plenty in the pipeline.
What’s coming next?
Next week I have a short story from the prompt he was excited to see 150 new emails in his inbox. Following that I need to edit a couple of shorts for dictionary and for five random words. There is also nonfiction about what I find peaceful. My big project I have been focusing on relates to some of my previous work on this site. I felt like the story wasn’t finished. So, I have at least 2 more I’m working on with a possible third as well.
